Weekly Exercise/Wellbeing Class This service is currently suspended due to Government social distancing requirements
The Wellbeing classes are great fun and run by a highly qualified professional coach. Exercises are mostly seated and use a variety of hand held equipment, such as light hand weights or Therabands to improve core strength and muscle tone. This is essential to independent living.
There is a small charge for the session and a chance to relax and join the group in the comfortable lounge for a drink and a chat afterwards.
