SERVICE LEVELAGREEMENT
Event/service information
To provide a " Wirral Wellbeing " for MS fitness sessions service with up to four weekly sessions, to clients with MS, their families and carers in a client centered fun, and wellbeing social environment. The service will be provided with reasonable skill and care in accordance all applicable regulations. Staff have appropriate current qualifications and training. Have appropriate current membership of one or more relevant professional bodies. Practice according to the standards of their professional qualifications. Treat service users with respect and consideration.
