Complimentary Therapies - Stranraer
Event/service information
Complementary therapies - Massage is a healing method used to relax muscles, reduce tension and contribute to general wellbeing. It is often used in combination with aromatherapy. If you are affected by MS, massage could help to relieve muscle pain and improve poor circulation.
Aromatherapy is the use of fragranced plant oils to promote relaxation and wellbeing. Oils may be massaged into the skin, mixed with bath water or inhaled.
If you are affected by MS, the calming effects of aromatherapy could help with sleep and the reduction of stress. The individual attending should contribute £3.00 towards the cost of each therapy treatment directly to the provider
