Event/service information
Exercise classes for people living with MS who want to improve their strength, balance and coordination. The classes are led by NHS Neuro Physiotherapists. There is an opportunity for refreshments and to socialise after the class.
Face to face 1 hour classes held weekly each Thursday 10am start
On line 1 hour classes held weekly Friday 9.30am start
The online exercises will be Thursdays 2nd and 16th
Face-to-face classes at the Great Parks Community Centre, Paignton
