MS Society Scarborough & District offers Grants to improve the Health and Wellbeing of those affected by MS and can be used for home adaptations, scooters and equipment. If you have MS, or if you care for someone with MS, please contact us in the first instance for a Health & Wellbeing Grants Application Form and guidance for how to complete this form.
