We work with Citizens Advice Nottingham & District to offer support from experienced advisors, who can help you claim the benefits you are entitled to, complete forms and prepare papers for appeals etc.
They are able to offer free, confidential and independent advice for people with MS, their families and carers who live in Nottinghamshire.
Citizens Advice are based at 16-18 Maid Marian Way, Nottingham.
To make an appointment, please call Stuart (MS Society Nottingham Group volunteer) or see your MS Nurse. You will then be contacted by an advisor over the phone and if necessary, they will arrange a face to face meeting.
