We work with Citizens Advice Nottingham & District to offer support from Sam, a very experienced advisor, who can help you claim the benefits you are entitled to, complete forms and prepare papers for Appeals etc.
Sam is able to offer free, confidential and independent advice for people with MS, their families and carers who live in Nottinghamshire.
Sam is based at the Citizens Advice office at 16-18 Maid Marian Way, Nottingham.
To make an appointment call one of our MS Group volunteers listed below or see your MS Nurse.Sam will then arrange to advise you over the phone or if necessary arrange a face to face meeting.
