Weekly Yoga online session for people with and affected by MS. Please contact Caroline Oram - [email protected] for details. The focus is on chair based Yoga.
You may find the sessions useful to explore ways to keep active, or ways to adapt your preferred activities to suit your situation.
Yoga can be valuable for many MS symptoms and is particularly useful for managing mindfulness, stiffness, balance, spasticity and spasms.
