Subsidised Maintenance Physiotherapy Offering

We are very excited to be supporting a Maintenance Physiotherapy Offering to people with MS in North Durham.

We have three providers involved, in different parts of our region:

Old Pit Practice 61 Front Street, Pity Me, Durham, DH1 5DE;

Platt's Physiotherapy, 8 North End, Sedgefield, Stockton on Tees, TS21 3BS

Jason Ellis, Chartered Physiotherapy Care, Meadowfield Leisure Centre DH7 8RS or Spennymoor Leisure Centre DL16 6DB or Louisa Leisure Centre DH9 0TE or Riverside Cricket Stadium Chester le Street DH3 3QR

We will fund 50% of up to six 30 minute sessions. Clients will pay the remaining 50% direct to the provider.

How it works:

1. Choose which physiotherapist you would like to visit;

2. Contact us for initial approval ([email protected] or 07738 949712)

3. Once provider and client have received our approval, arrange your first session

At your first session, the provider will ask you to provide confirmation of your MS diagnosis.
