This service is provided by Hightown Community Sports & Arts Centre as part of their programme.
If you are affected by MS, the right exercise can make a difference to managing your everyday activities. It can keep your body at its best by maximising mobility, posture and balance. It can reduce pain and fatigue, improve your confidence and reduce depression.
