If MS is on your mind, your local group is here to help you make informed choices to meet your needs. Your group may offer access to MS Support Volunteers who are trained to confidentially offer emotional support, information, help to access specialist services and help to get financial support. This support could be provided in person or by phone or email; contact the group for further details of the assistance they can offer.
Alternatively, you can contact the national MS Helpline for information and support, available 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). Call 0808 800 8000 or email [email protected].
The MS Society also has a wide range of publications on all topics, which you can browse, download or order at https://www.mssociety.org.uk/ms-support/publications-and-library.

The Greenwich Group offers a dedicated telephone support line for anyone wishing to get help or support. The service is run by a volunteer. An answering machine is available to leave messages for a call back etc. in the event that the Support Volunteer is not available.
