Audrey is a fabulous instructor who takes us through a variety of arm and leg exercises to flex the joints and stretch the muscles all to the sounds of tunes from the 60's, 70's and 80's. The classes are every Friday at 11:30am. The class is also transmitted through zoom, email [email protected] for details. Join us for a cuppa and a natter after we finish exercising.
