Combined Seated/Mat Pilates

Join Lynn for a weekly mat or seated in a chair Pilates class in a large airy hall. Lynn is an excellent instructor who not only demonstrates the moves but manages to be very descriptive on the poses she would like you to achieve. Mats, belts and Pilates balls provided. We stay in the community centre bar afterwards for a cuppa and natter after the exercises have finished.
