Bowen Therapy

Bowen therapy is a light touch physical therapy which allows the body to commence it's own healing. It is a very light touch 'hands on' physical therapy with a high success rate for chronic pain conditions as well as anxiety, depression, stress and mental health issues. It works by rebalancing the body and is a holistic therapy - i.e. we do not treat specific conditions but rather the whole body. - Funding for first 3 sessions, more sessions to be discussed
