Virtual support events

Welcome to our virtual support events page. Join our sessions to learn about topics related to MS, connect with others and share your experiences.

Our LivingWell programme delivers virtual wellbeing courses, sessions and webinars for everyone affected by MS in the UK.

Most of our sessions are for people living with MS. This allows for a safe space for honest and open conversations. We'll sometimes open these to the wider audience of those affected by MS, where appropriate. We make it clear who they're for in the sign up process.

Information webinars are open for everyone.

Online events are a great way to connect with others affected by MS across the UK.

The online sessions and events have been co-produced with our LivingWell volunteers.

Information webinars

Webinars are monthly and hosted by one of the LivingWell team. They're joined by speakers who are experts in webinar subject, and by volunteers with lived experience.

Our webinars offer a safe space. You can attend anonymously and get information and support on topics linked to MS and wellbeing.

These events are for anyone affected by MS, whether you're:

  • living with MS
  • a friend or family member
  • a carer
  • colleague
  • or a healthcare professional.

Our webinars are recorded and we send a copy out to everyone who registers.

Conversation Café

These are one-off informal sessions where we focus on a particular topic, often linked to a previous webinar. They're hosted by one of the LivingWell team and a volunteer with lived experience. They're a chance to chat and share experiences with others living with MS.

The format of the café makes sure everyone has a chance to contribute if they want.

  • and stress

Our 'What’s Next?' course is run as an anonymous webinar with a follow-up Conversation Café. The webinars are for anyone who’s been recently diagnosed with MS and friends and family.

The materials for our courses have been co-produced by people affected by MS. We invite MS nurses and other guest speakers to the sessions when needed.
