What you can expect

Our LivingWell programme provides a range of virtual webinars, wellbeing courses, and interactive peer group sessions, all designed to offer support and information to those impacted by MS.

Most sessions are tailored for people living with MS, creating a safe space for open and honest conversations. Some events, like our information webinars, are also open to friends, family, carers, and healthcare professionals.

We encourage you to join us and take advantage of these valuable resources—whether it's for practical information, emotional support, or simply to meet others who understand what you're going through.

Why attend our online events?

  • Expert-led sessions: gain insights from leading experts in the MS community.
  • Connect with peers: share experiences and tips with others living with MS.
  • Flexible and accessible: join from the comfort of your home at a time that suits you, as our webinars are recorded.

Courses

Our multi-week courses dive deeper into important topics like:

  • Coping with changing symptoms
