Every day we’re fundraising to improve services and support and make them more accessible for people with MS. And to fund groundbreaking research that will stop MS altogether.
And we need your help. We're looking for cheerers, event leaders, cake sellers, street collectors, meeters, greeters and friendly faces.
Even if you only have a little time to spare, if you spend it with us, you'll help make a difference for everyone affected by MS.
Importance of becoming a Fundraising Volunteer
The money we raise through fundraising is vital for us to do our research and support those living with MS.
And Fundraising Volunteers play a huge part in helping us meet our fundraising targets.
We need people with lots of different skills to help us with our fundraising efforts.

Up and down the UK our local groups put on events, organise street collections, cake breaks, concerts and garden parties to stop MS.
We're always looking for ambitious people with bright ideas to lead our activities or lend a hand.
- Be a Stop MS champion
Stop MS Champions are at the heart of our appeal. They're fundraisers and local ambassadors. They're networkers and go-getters.
They inspire individuals, community groups and businesses to get involved and go the extra mile.
- Volunteer to cheer
Could you spare an afternoon or morning? Physical challenges are hard and can be lonely on the day.
Our runners tell us they live for our cheer points to raise their spirits and help them get through.

If you find a volunteering role you’d like to apply for, fill out the online application. The Community and Events Team will contact you within two weeks of you applying.
I enjoy volunteering because it gets me out of the house to meet people. Sometimes you feel people you meet want to talk to someone and I can be there for them
