Virtual Wellbeing sessions
Join our Virtual Wellbeing sessions to chat, share experiences and explore different ways to live well with MS.
Each session is made up of 4 meetings with people in a similar situation. There's sessions for people who're newly diagnosed or have lived with MS for a while. There's also ones specially designed for friends and family.
A trained facilitator and a volunteer with lived experience of MS will guide your discussions, to help you get the most out of your time. And there's a chance at the end to stay in touch if you'd like.
