Time to Chat sessions
Get the kettle on and join us for a chat. These sessions are for all of us living with MS. It’s a time to connect, share tips, and have a moan and a laugh with your MS community from across the UK.
Living with MS comes with its ups and downs. Join us once a week for four weeks to share your experiences, learn new skills and connect with others living with MS. We run different sessions for those who are newly diagnosed with relapsing and progressive MS, and sessions for friends and family.
