Progressive forms of MS peer group

This peer group session is for people living with a progressive form of MS. Come along to meet others, chat and share.

Join us for our monthly progressive forms of MS peer group. This will be a chance to to meet others, chat and share. Facilitated by a member of the Living Well team with a volunteer as a co-facilitator. We’ll guide you through the one hour chat which will provide you with an open space to share and ask questions.

The monthly peer group sessions are designed so you can join as and when you can. They are an opportunity to bring you together with other people with a progressive form of MS. We’ll discuss a variety of topics which will help you manage your wellbeing, mental and physical health.

What do you need to take part?

All you need to join in is a laptop, tablet, phone or computer with access to a microphone and camera. You'll need a stable internet connection to use Zoom, the video meeting software we use.

What if I haven’t been sent the link?

The Living Well team send out reminder emails with the link. You'll also get emails from Eventbrite, so please enter your email address carefully when registering. If you can't find these emails before the session, check your spam or junk folder. Alternatively, you can access the link by logging into your Eventbrite account.

What should I do if I can no longer attend?

If you find that you are unable to take part please get in touch at [email protected] so we can offer up your place to someone else.
