Managing fatigue and expectations through the holiday season (Orbi Webinar)
Practical ways to pace your energy, manage expectations and make room for what matters when living with MS.
What we'll cover:
- Understanding fatigue and why the physical, cognitive and social demands of the holiday season can add up.
- Planning and pacing activities so that energy is spread more thoughtfully across the day and week.
- Deciding what matters most, simplifying traditions and asking others to share responsibilities.
- Setting boundaries, communicating your needs and managing the guilt that can come with saying no or leaving early.
- Making room for rest and recovery without feeling that you're missing out.
Before the webinar
To help you get the most from the session, we recommend downloading Orbi and completing:
1. Getting Started
2. Map My LTC
These sessions help you build your Personal Model and identify the thoughts, feelings, symptoms and challenges that are most relevant to your own experience. This can provide a useful starting point for thinking about what positive moments might look like for you.
This preparation is completely optional and is not required to attend the webinar. However, completing these sections beforehand may make the discussion more personalised, practical and relevant to your own experiences.
Orbi is an evidence-based 12-week digital programme designed to support people living with long-term conditions.
Orbi is available for a one-time payment of £2 on both the App Store and Google Play. This £2 payment gives you access to Orbi for 12 months. You will not be charged again automatically, and you will not be enrolled into a subscription. £2 is the only charge for your access to Orbi.
