MS Help brings all of our support services together, including what was formerly our MS Helpline. We're making it easier for you to find trusted information, expert guidance and personal support, whenever and wherever you need it.
We’ll help you understand and manage MS, support you to live well, and keep you connected so you’re not alone.
Our services include evidence-based resources, decision-making tools, online courses, local events, one-to-one support, specialist advice and much more, all easily accessed through our MS Help Hub.
Everyone’s experience of MS is different, so we’re here for you.

MS Help is available Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm (except bank holidays).

If you need to speak to someone regarding a medical matter and you live in England, Scotland or Wales, you can call the NHS on 111. For NI you can contact your GP surgery directly.
For emotional support the Samaritans can be contacted 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Their telephone number is 116 123.
