Tremor (booklet)

It’s not clear exactly how many people with MS are affected by tremor, although studies have suggested it’s between 25 and 60 per cent.

For some people, the tremor is so mild that they’re the only person aware of it. For others, it’s more obvious. It might be difficult to carry a drink without spilling it, or to a hold a pen steady to write.

But there are ways of managing this difficult symptom, and this booklet offers some.
