They shouldn't have to leave work prematurely because of inadequate policies and procedures or lack of support from their employers.
Everyone with MS should be able to get to the right support to reduce the impact of their symptoms. And have access to employment support services and information.
How we decide our policy positions on employment
Our positions are based on multiple sources of evidence, including
- our My MS My Needs survey 2016 which had 11,000 respondents
- our MS Enough survey
- focus groups and surveys of people with MS, official statistics and independent research.
