Our shops

Our network of shops across the UK bring local communities together and help you shop sustainably to stop MS.

Whether you’re browsing, giving pre-loved items a new life, or getting involved as a volunteer, every visit helps raise vital funds and supports people affected by MS.

Become a shop volunteer

Join a friendly, welcoming team and enjoy a flexible, rewarding role at the heart of your local community. Whether you want to meet new people, build confidence or learn new skills, there’s a place for you in our shops.

As a shop volunteer, you might:

  • get creative by styling eye-catching window displays
  • discover hidden gems while sorting and prepping donations for sale
  • be a friendly face by welcoming customers and helping them on the shop floor

I started volunteering at the Sale shop, my first regular volunteering role, in March 2025 after being a stay-at-home mum for eight years. In terms of my day-to-day role as a Shop Volunteer, I unpacked donations and operated the till. Volunteering built my confidence so much so, I applied for the shop manager role in Altrincham and got it!
