Our shops

Our network of shops across the UK are based in local communities. We want our customers to enjoy a bright and friendly shopping experience.

Our shops give local people an opportunity to find out more about MS and support the MS community. You can donate and shop sustainably, helping to raise money to stop MS. And you can volunteer for our shops and help to raise awareness.

Become a shop volunteer

Our volunteers are at the heart of our shops. Every day, they make a big difference to people living with MS. They support our mission and help us raise the vital funds we need.

Becoming a shop volunteer is a great way to develop skills and connect with new people. You can learn new things all within a welcoming and safe environment.

Some of the tasks our shop volunteers get involved with:

  • Window dressing
  • Sorting and pricing donations
  • Welcoming and serving customers

I enjoy volunteering in a charity shop more than any job I've had. I love the contact with the public, perusing the clothes and volunteering with my mate Mark. The atmosphere is lovely and friendly, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
