Simon is an active member of the MS community having been diagnosed with relapsing remitting MS in 2022 at the age of 50.
Previously a keen runner and active gymgoer, Simon now balances Pilates with MS exercise and supporting others at his local Billericay Parkrun. Simon helps with MS research for MS Society funded activities through our Research Network. And actively supports others with MS, especially at his local Essex MS Group, T.E.A.MS.
After his MS diagnosis in 2022, Simon was struggling physically and mentally. He reached out to the MS Help Hub (formerly our Helpline) and found the information and the supportive boost he needed.
