Social Activities (online)
We deliver ongoing online activities from yoga to tai chi.
Monday
Seated yoga and breath work: 12.00pm - 12.30pm
Tuesday
Lower body workout (standing only): 11am
Strength, stretch and relaxation: 11.30am

Wednesday
Seated exercise: 10.30am
Seated tai chi: 11am

One-off events, workshops and activities across Wales
We deliver one-off day activities throughout Wales that are in-person which in recent years, have included:

MS Help
Our national MS Help Hub provides trusted information and personal support. We're here to help you understand and manage MS, live well and stay connected.

Advicelink Cymru partnership
In 2023 we set up a partnership with the Citizen’s Advice service, Advicelink Cymru. They offer support in Welsh and English on a wide range of issues including benefits, housing and employment.

Online - Living well events
Our Living Well virtual events provide peer support sessions, information webinars and conversation café groups each month.
Community Development and Support Senior Officers
Our Community Development Officers in Wales work directly with the MS community to organise and deliver a wide range of well-being events online and face-to-face that are free and accessible to everyone.

Local MS Society groups
Thirteen local MS Society groups run by volunteers provide a range of support in Wales including:
- peer support
- social events
- exercise classes
- financial assistance (grants)
