Men's Peer Group (LWUK)
This peer group session is for men living with MS. Come along to meet others, chat and share.
Join us on Tuesday 11 August as we launch our Men’s Peer group. The group will meet every second Tuesday of the month and it’s a welcoming and friendly space to chat and share.
This group was created by men living with MS, who recognise that there are common threads and shared experiences. One of our volunteers will facilitate the group and will ensure that it is a welcome and open space for men to share.
What should I expect?
- A peer group session on Zoom
- A chance to meet other men with MS
- An opportunity to listen to others and share your experiences
- Signposting to information, services and support
The monthly men’s peer group sessions are designed so you can join as and when you can. They are an opportunity to bring you together with other men living with MS. The group will discuss a variety of topics from symptom management, mental health and physical health.
What do I need to take part?
All you need to join in is a laptop, tablet, phone or computer with access to a microphone and camera. You'll need a stable internet connection to use Zoom, the video meeting software we use.
What if I haven’t been sent the link?
The Living Well team send out reminder emails with the link. You'll also get emails from Eventbrite, so please enter your email address carefully when registering. If you can't find these emails before the session, check your spam or junk folder. Alternatively, you can access the link by logging into your Eventbrite account.
What should I do if I can no longer attend?
If you find that you are unable to take part please get in touch at [email protected] so we can offer up your place to someone else.

This event is free!
Our virtual support events are free for everyone, thanks to the generosity of people who believe in what we do. If you’re able to support us, we’d be deeply grateful for a contribution of any amount. Every gift, no matter the size, helps the MS Society continue its work and reach those who need it most.
