Bike the UK for MS

Whether riding from John O’Groats to Land’s End, around the North Coast 500 or through the heart of Wales, Bike the UK for MS has all your MS bike rides covered. This is your opportunity to challenge yourself, meet new friends and raise money to help stop MS.

The Bike the UK for MS team are inspired individuals of all backgrounds, ages and cycling abilities. The riders come together for a common purpose. They volunteer their time to raise funds and awareness for MS research and help positively impact the lives of people living with MS.

Why not spend a long weekend riding the length of Wales over four days on the Lôn Las Cymru route? Or take a short adventure through Reading and the Chiltern Hills on our Royal Chilterns Way route.

Indulge yourself for just over a week on the North Coast 500 cycle route, the ultimate coastal scenic challenge of Northern Scotland.

Or step it up and take on the infamous John O’Groats to Land’s End cycle route - two spectacular weeks taking you the length of Great Britain. Soak up the diverse beauty from your saddle on JOGLE
