We know it’s not always practical to visit a solicitor to make your will. That’s why we’ve partnered with Octopus Legacy, so you can write your will online for free. All wills are checked by their legal team. And they’re on hand to answer any questions you may have along the way.
How it works:
If you live in England and Wales or Scotland, you can claim your free will online by visiting the Octopus Legacy website and using the voucher code: MSSFREE.
Simply visit the Octopus Legacy website to get started.
If you live in Northern Ireland, or if you’d prefer to make your will by phone, please call 020 4525 3605. You can also arrange a face-to-face appointment by phone. Just quote "MS Society" when using the phone service.
Applies to simple wills only. Discounts are applicable for wills with trusts.
