Thames Path Challenge

Take part in the Thames Path Challenge on 13-14 September 2025. 

The famous and ever popular Thames Path Challenge provides a wonderful route along England’s greatest river. The route heads upstream to Henley along the famous towpath. Pass through wonderful scenery in Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede and Windsor to a riverside finish line. 

With 100km full challenge, 75km three-quarter, 50km half challenge, 25km challenge or 10km options - there's a challenge for everyone.

Full challenge: standard registration fee £50 and a £575 min sponsorship target
3/4 challenge: standard registration fee £45 and a £475 min sponsorship target
Half challenge: standard registration fee £40 and a £375 min sponsorship target
Quarter challenge: standard registration fee £30 and a £275 min sponsorship target
10km challenge: standard registration fee £20 and a £100 min sponsorship target
