Thames Path Ultra Challenge
Walk, jog or run to stop MS and take part in the Thames Path Ultra Challenge on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September 2026.

England’s greatest river provides a fantastic backdrop for an unforgettable challenge, which you can take on
at your pace as a walk, jog, or run!
Over 3,000 adventurers will join the Putney Bridge start, and the full 100km route heads upstream to Henley along the famous Towpath. It’s through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful scenery to a riverside finish line.
Sign up as an individual or as a team. With 50km, 25km and Henley 10km options also available – there’s a Thames Path Challenge for everyone!

Fundraising options
1. Charity sponsorship
As an official Charity Partner, you'll get 25% off the standard registration fee, when you sign up to the full charity sponsorship option for any distance!
Full challenge - 100km: secure your place for £50 when you pledge to raise £575
3/4 challenge - 75km: secure your place for £45 when you pledge to raise £475
Half challenge - 50km: secure your place for £40 when you pledge to raise £375
Quarter challenge - 25km: secure your place for £30 when you pledge to raise £275
10km challenge: secure your place for £20 when you pledge to raise £100
