What is an Ultra Challenge?
With our Ultra Challenges you can walk, jog or run for charity. Why not take part and raise money to stop MS?
The longest Ultra Challenges are 100km. But there are also 75km, 50km, 25km, 10km and 10 mile options.
There are many Ultra Challenge events across the country and throughout the year. So you should be able to find one that works for you.
How do I prepare for an Ultra Challenge?
Some tips to prepare for an Ultra Challenge include:
- Try and walk as much as possible in your day-to-day life to improve your fitness and stamina
- Do some practice long-distance walks – building up the distance gradually
- Get the right walking boots or shoes for the weather or terrain. And break them in before the challenge.
- Research nutrition and necessary kit in advance
