Find your own charity running event

We have official places in certain runs around the UK and the rest of the world, but you can also support us by completing one of the many independent events that take place.


If you sign up independently for a run and support the MS Society, you are still part of our MS Superstars team and receive our welcome pack, running vest and training advice, but there is no minimum sponsorship.

If you have already signed up for a race and would like to order your welcome pack, please click on one of the links below to join the MS Superstars team and set up your fundraising page.

I want to find a run

If you haven’t signed up yet, there are hundreds of runs taking place across the country every week. Whether you are interested in a 5K fun run or a marathon, there is an event for you.

Below are some of the bigger runs available but if none of them interest you, take a look at the Run Britain website for details on many more.

Cardiff Half Marathon

Over 20,000 runners ran on the flat and fast route around Wales's capital last year and an estimated 40,000 spectators lined the route, bringing the streets to life.
