Gender pay gap

Reported in April 2023, based on the data snapshot from 2022:

  • Total number of employees in pay gap calculation 265 (10 employees based in NI fall outside this calculation)
  • Our mean gender pay gap is 4.57% (4.45% in 2021)
  • Our median gender pay gap is 1.82% (5.20% in 2021)
  • We do not have a bonus payment system
