Hannah Webster

Hannah is a CrossFit athlete, writer, and MS advocate based in Pembrokeshire.

Diagnosed with MS in her early 40s, she’s gone from marathon running to navigating mobility aids, HSCT, and the unpredictable chaos of chronic illness.

In 2025, Hannah qualified for the Adaptive CrossFit Games Finals in Las Vegas in the Neuromuscular Major Female category. She’s passionate about showing what’s possible after diagnosis, especially for women facing big life shifts, loss of identity, or misunderstood symptoms.

She’s a Master’s student in Creative Writing, and is working on a memoir about resilience, running, and reimagining strength after MS. She’s also a proud dog mum, sea-swimmer, and lover of oversized hoodies and inappropriate humour.
