Grahame Brown is a retired teacher from South Lanarkshire in Scotland who lives with secondary progressive MS.
Grahame struggled to cope with his diagnosis and it began to impact his mental health. Creating a series of abstract yet personal podcasts allowed the father of six to explore his MS and helped him talk about it with others.
