Chris Muotoh

Chris was diagnosed with relapsing remitting MS in his mid 30s, and seven years later with secondary progressive MS.

Since then he’s rediscovered his love of martial arts. He’s adapted to practice Japanese Ju Jitsu using his wheelchair, and has his sights set on achieving a black belt.

He’s just got his brown belt and hopes to inspire others with his story.
