Movement for Your Mind

Molly Grey provides a seated-to-standing, dance based movement to music class.
This is a class tailored to those affected by neurological conditions such as MS.

WHEN: Tuesdays 1.30-2.45pm (Term time only). Movement session is 45 minutes; tea/coffee and a chance to chat included!

WHERE: Community Room, Tesco Extra, Genesis Way, Consett, DH8 5XP (Fully accessible and lots of parking!)

There is a suggested donation of £3 for those with MS, payable in cash weekly. People with another neurological condition are welcome to attend at a weekly fee of £3. Carers and family members are also invited to take part.
