Weekly Seated Physio Group

Join our friendly and supportive weekly seated exercise group, led by a qualified Physiotherapist. Designed for individuals who may have limited mobility, balance concerns, or who prefer exercising while seated, these sessions focus on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, posture, and overall wellbeing in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Each session includes a variety of gentle exercises tailored to individual abilities, helping participants maintain independence, increase confidence in movement, and support physical health. The group also provides an excellent opportunity to socialise, meet new people, and enjoy regular activity in a welcoming setting.

No previous exercise experience is required. Exercises can be adapted to suit different needs and fitness levels.
