Cheltenham Exercise/Pilates Class

However multiple sclerosis affects you; Exercise/Pilates will help you stay as healthy as possible. Exercising can also improve your mood and some MS symptoms.

Research tells us practicing Exercise/Pilates can help you to manage your MS. It helps most when you practice often and over a longer period of time. Even doing little or few exercises regularly can make you feel better.

To provide an opportunity in Cheltenham for Exercise/Pilates, the group runs Exercise/Pilates Classes at Leisure at Cheltenham, Tommy Taylors Lane, Cheltenham, GL50 4RN

The sessions will be on Thursdays at 1.30pm.
