Technology can be a bit confusing! Whether it’s how to do something and you’re not sure where to get started, or if something is acting a bit funny and you can’t make sense of it, often it’s best to chat with someone who might be a bit more familiar.

We know some folks don’t have someone in their family to ask questions, so our member Johnathan offered to give us time to ask questions and help us out! From little questions around email, or bigger things about mobile phones - we can help!

There’s no problem too big or too small, but as the classic “teach a man to fish” proverb says, we want to show you how to fix these issues in the future. Given time limitations and limited equipment, we’ll likely be restricted to software issues or talking through problems rather than fixing broken hardware (e.g. a damaged phone screen).
