
Mutual Support (Armed Forces)
Mutual Support exists for serving and ex-serving members of the Armed Forces and Reserves, their dependents and carers affected by MS.
Mutual Support is run by volunteers with direct experience of MS and the Armed Forces and provides confidential support and information. We provide experience with war pensions, the Armed Forces Compensation scheme and general benefits and can signpost to bought in services that can help.
Our trained Support Team can provide you with the support you need to deal with your situation.
We also:
- Offer support around the time of diagnosis
- Guidance to support when applying for disability benefits
- Help you get what you need from health and social services
- Fundraise and campaign for better services and raise the profile of MS
