Seated, on-line, exercise class

A seated, online, exercise class designed to improve upper and lower body strength, improve balance, mobility, core stability and overall fitness.

Live on-line, facilitated class with access to recorded sessions too. (You'll need a laptop/tablet/phone or computer with access to a microphone and camera to join. You'll also need a stable internet connection to use Zoom, the video software that we use).
