MS Society joins Richmond Group
We're incredibly pleased to announce that we've joined The Richmond Group, a coalition of charities that help people with long-term or complex conditions.
We’ve been part of the We Are Undefeatable campaign since it launched in 2019. The Richmond Group manages this campaign and influences health and social care policy.
We're excited to be part of the conversation. We share their ambition for more support for over 15 million people in the UK living with long term health conditions.
Sarah Rawlings, our Executive Director of Research and External Affairs, says:
It is vital that people with MS get the care and support they need. In line with our new ambitious strategy, we want to shape policy and push for improvements in health and care services.
We know the NHS is under significant pressure and being part of the Richmond Group will give us another opportunity to amplify the voice of our community to ensure we are doing everything we can to help.
