Stop MS Appeal

Our Stop MS Appeal is raising money to help slow or stop MS progression for everyone. We're on the verge of changing the future of MS, meet some of the #MSHistoryMakers, and become one yourself.

Thanks to the efforts of researchers, participants in trials and everyone who’s helped raise awareness and funds, we’re closer than ever to achieving that goal. It’s history in the making, but we’re not there yet.

At the moment, existing drugs only work on one aspect of MS - the immune system.

But with your help we’ve been funding groundbreaking research and trials. Like Octopus, a multi-arm, multi-stage trial for progressive MS. And cutting-edge research to look at the protective coating around cells, called myelin, which gets damaged in MS.

Three steps to stop MS

MS researchers are working on three ways to slow or stop MS progression: preventing immune damage, promoting myelin repair, and protecting nerves from damage. We believe if we achieve these goals, we can stop MS.
