MS Connect Cafés
We have a range of virtual café meet ups running on Zoom. These include a younger person’s café, Ask the expert café and a range of other cafés running on different days and times throughout the month.
These are monthly informal gatherings where you can meet other people living with MS in a relaxed and friendly environment. It's an opportunity to make connections, support one another and have a coffee together, if only virtually for now.
Our Connect Cafés each have volunteer hosts who will be online to welcome you and introduce you to others who live with MS.

Each mindfulness programme will be delivered to groups of people with MS and each programme is delivered over 8 weekly 1 hour sessions on Zoom.
