online Zoom gentle seated yoga - suitable for all abilities

Every Tuesday at 6pm

The seated yoga class will be hosted by our dedicated qualified instructor Michelle who runs Palo Santo Yoga. Michelle will bring you 60 minutes of Yoga every Tuesay at 6pm via Zoom.

Don't worry if you cannot or do not want to stay for the whole 60 minutes, Michelle is happy for you to dip in and out - do what suits you! With the class hosted via Zoom, you have the option to have your camera on or off - again do what suits you! Michelle requires a quick health questionnaire to be filled out by new participants.
