Counselling offers a safe space to talk about the things that matter to you , to open up at your own pace and experience a non-judgemental , confidential and honest therapeutic relationship .

Person centred counselling led by Mary Gillham, a qualified counsellor with experience of the effects of MS on people's lives.Mary will offer am online service one hour per week per individual for up to 8 weeks (first come first served and depending on demand there may be a wait for this service). Individuals can choose to have a one off session or up to a maximum of 8 sessions.
