online counselling service for people living with MS in Newcastle and Gateshead areas

Counselling offers a safe space to talk about the things that matter to you , to open up at your own pace and experience a non-judgemental , confidential and honest therapeutic relationship .

Newcastle and Gateshead group are funding sessions for up to 4 people over the year based on an 8 week course.(first come first served and dependent on demand there may be a wait). It will be provided by Mary Gillham, a qualified counsellor with experience of the effects of MS on people's lives .Mary will offer am online service one hour per week per individual for up to 8 weeks. Individuals can choose to have a one off session or up to a maximum of 8 sessions.
