Research tells us practicing Exercise/Pilates can help you to manage your MS. It helps most when you practice often and over a longer period of time. Even doing little or few exercises regularly can make you feel better.

To provide an opportunity in Cheltenham for Exercise/Pilates, the group is running an introductory Exercise/Pilates course starting on the 18th April and running for 4 weeks at

The sessions will be on Thursdays at 1.30

This course is free for people who suffer with MS.

If there is enough interest in the classes, we hope to continue them after the introductory course has finished.
