SEATED EXERCISE - ARMLEY

Monthly 1 hour seated exercise class.
With qualified instructor at Armley leisure centre 4th Tuesday of the Month 11am - 12 noon
Meet with members of the MS local community and the volunteer team from MS Society Leeds & District and join a 1 hour exercise class.
A number of attendees will stay for a further hour 12 noon to 1pm for a tea or coffee and/or light lunch
