Mars Bar Cake
Delicious easy treat to cook with kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
- 3 mars bars
- 225g rice crispies
- 75g butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 large bar chocolate
Method
- Break up the mars bars and add them to a bowl along with the syrup and the butter.
- Measure out the rice crispies into the bowl.
- Melt the mars bar mix in a microwave (or over a hob) until all melted together and pour into the bowl.
- Mix well until all the rice crispies are coated.
- Spoon into a greased and lined 9×9 inch square tin. This recipe will also work in a 9×13 inch pan, but the squares will be thinner. Press flat with the back of the spoon and pop into the fridge until chilled.
