Breathing Space Project
Are you an unpaid carer or do you support someone living with MS? If so, the Breathing Space Project can help you with a short break. These can include anything from a weekend away, trips to the cinema a meal out or a gym membership.
Pontio: MS support in Wales
The Pontio project has been funded by the National Lottery and the MS Society for the last three years. But that funding comes to an end in September 2023.
Unfortunately we can't now take any new referrals but we have lots of other ways you can find support.
We know the Pontio project has been a great service and hugely impactful for the MS community. We’d like to thank all the staff and volunteers who've done brilliant work. We know the amazing results that have been achieved by advocating for people living with MS in Wales.
